New Member

We are delighted to welcome Richard Todd KC to Bernacchi Chambers as a new member.

A King’s Counsel specialising in relationship generated disputes, particularly relating to high value matrimonial finance and trust structures, Richard has a considerable international practice centred on Hong Kong. He is top-ranked internationally by Chambers & Partners, the Legal 500 and Doyle’s Guide; in England, he also enjoys the distinction of having been twice made Chambers and Partners’ Family Law Silk of the Year and has been in the candidates for The Lawyer’s overall Barrister of the Year.

In addition to being called to the Bars of England & Wales and Hong Kong, Richard has also been called (ad hoc) to the Bars of the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and the Bahamas and is also on the approved barrister’s list for the Falkland Islands. Richard also sits as a Deputy High Court Judge and a Recorder in England, undertakes work in the Family Division and is “ticketed” for Chancery and QBD work. 

With his extensive and eminent expertise, Richard will undoubtedly further strengthen the services that Chambers is capable of offering.
