Senior Counsel Appointment – Eugene Yim

It is with great pleasure to share that Eugene Yim who joined Bernacchi Chambers in 2002, will be appointed Senior Counsel of the Hong Kong SAR on 16 May 2026.

Eugene obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Laws degree from King’s College London. He was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2001. He is a specialist in family and matrimonial law, with a particular focus on complex financial matters, property interests, nuptial agreements, cross-border divorces, and children’s cases.
