Bernacchi Chambers Welcomes Two New Tenants

We are delighted to welcome Isaac Ng and Natalie Tam as new tenants of Bernacchi Chambers.

Isaac and Natalie are both 9-month pupils of Chambers.

Isaac graduated from the University of Hong Kong with First Class Honours in both his LLB and BSocSc (Government and Laws), before completing his PCLL with Distinction. During his studies, Isaac was placed on the Dean’s Honours List from 2018 to 2021 and received the Thomson and Reuters Law Prize, awarded to the best PCLL student in his year intending to practise at the Bar on the basis of academic merit. During his time in Chambers, Isaac completed pupillage with Mr. Eugene Yim (now Eugene Yim SC), Mr. Valentine Yim and Mr. Steven Kwan.

Natalie obtained her LLB and PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong before completing an LLM at University College London. During her studies, Natalie participated in the 2023 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as a student coach the following year, when the team won the Hong Kong Regional Rounds. Following pupillage with Mr. Eugene Yim SC, Mr. Marc Corlett KC (NZ) and Ms. Alison Choy, Natalie commences full practice in September 2026.

Isaac and Natalie are developing a broad civil and criminal practice and accept instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.
