Marc has been in private practice in New Zealand since 1992. Since then he has maintained a mixed practice specialising in civil, securities and other regulatory litigation; white collar crime and fraud; money laundering and breaches of AML regulations; proceeds of crime recovery proceedings. His practise is predominately focused on trial and appellate work in which areas he is well regarded for his cross-examination and oral advocacy.

In addition to trial and appellate briefs, Marc is also regularly engaged to do opinion work, particularly where complex issues arise in the area of civil and regulatory litigation, or criminal prosecutions.
