New Member

We are delighted to welcome Sanjay Sakhrani as a new member of Bernacchi Chambers.

Sanjay was admitted to the Bar in 1995 and has practised both as a barrister and as a solicitor advocate (2011-2013) in Hong Kong. He has a mixed civil practice and is an established commercial and employment litigator. He also regularly participates in arbitrations.

Outside of his private practice, he is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, an Accredited Family Mediator (specialising in children’s issues) and a General Mediator (employment, EC/personal injuries). He has also deputised as a District Court Judge and currently serves on various professional boards and committees, including the Torture Claims Appeal Board (as Deputy Chairperson) and the Bar Standing Committee on Discipline. Additionally, he is a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Hong Kong (Employment Law, Professional Practice and Management).
