Chelsea joined Chambers upon completion of pupillage with Mr. Jonathan Ah-weng, Mr. Kenny Lin, Mr. Eugene Yim, Mr. Valentine Yim and Mr. Oliver Davies. She was also marshal to Deputy District Judge Eugene Yim in the Family Court.

Before joining the Bar, Chelsea obtained her LLB and PCLL from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She later graduated top 3% of her LLM class in Durham University with distinction while participating in local and international moot competitions.

Chelsea is developing a mixed civil, matrimonial and criminal practice. She currently accepts instructions in all areas of Chambers’ work.

Chelsea is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She is able to advise clients in all three languages and provide written works in both English and Chinese.
