Victor joined Chambers after serving pupillage with Mr Martin Hui SC, Mr Valentine Yim, Mr Charles J. Chan, Mr Eugene Yim and Mr Lewis Law.

Victor obtained his LLB and PCLL from the City University of Hong Kong. During his LLB studies, he was awarded various scholarships and graduated first in class. Later, he obtained an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Oxford with distinction in Sentencing.  Before coming to the Bar, Victor also had the opportunity to work in financial institutions, where he assisted in contract review and legal risk evaluation for cross-border investment decisions.
