Ashok K. Sakhrani is a specialist in Personal Injuries and Clinical Negligence work. He acts for both plaintiffs and defendants. He also represents doctors in the Medical Council.

He has been involved in numerous complex high value cases, including cases involving injuries of the maximum severity, both on his own and as junior to leading PI Silks. He has acted as counsel in difficult PI mediations involving complex claims.

Ashok also appears and advises in Employees’ Compensation Cases and Insurance cases, and in some Commercial disputes.

From time to time he is invited to give talks to solicitors on PI practice in Hong Kong.
