梁大律師富有處理不同民事及刑事案件的經驗，其中包括（但不限於）普通刑事審訊、商業罪案審訊、一般民事案件、商業糾紛以及家事法庭案件。她亦對複雜商業罪案以及市場失當行為案件有特別的興趣。梁大律師操流利英語、粵語及普通話，亦能以中文或英文撰寫陳詞及進行聆訊。
梁大律師於余承章資深大律師、陳政龍資深大律師、嚴永錚大律師、霍健明大律師及雷天恩大律師的督導下完成大律師實習，亦曾協助當時被委任為高等法院原訟法庭特委法官的韋浩德資深大律師處理案件。
