Fiona has a broad civil and criminal practice and accepts instructions for both advocacy and advisory work in a wide range of areas of law. She joined Chambers after completion of her pupillage with Mr. Robert Pang SC, Ms. Elaine Liu, Mr. Charles J Chan and Mr. Eugene Yim.

For criminal matters, Fiona has acted for both prosecution and defence in criminal cases concerning a variety of offences.

For civil matters, Fiona has been involved in matrimonial, trust, wardship, personal injuries, adverse possession, money lenders and general civil cases. In particular, Fiona regularly advises on and appears in hearings involving ancillary relief and children matters in the Family Court, including maintenance pending suit hearings, preliminary issue hearings, injunction applications, CDR and FDR hearings, custody trials and ancillary relief trials.

Fiona is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has appeared (either as a sole advocate or as a led junior) in the Court of Appeal, Court of First Instance, Family Court, Lands Tribunal and Magistrates’ Courts.
