Our junior members are dedicated practitioners in law and frequently appear in all levels of courts and tribunals in Hong Kong as well as before professional disciplinary panels.
We also have a specialist team of experienced mediators and arbitrators to assist in the resolution of disputes. Members can provide a wide range of assistance and expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
At Bernacchi Chambers, some of our junior members have decades of experience in particular sets of work, while others are well known as mixed-practice barristers, fluent in all areas of work. Some of our junior members have also sat as Deputy Magistrates or Deputy District Judges.
